How do I use a coupon code?

A Free Shipping code or a shop credit code can be applied at the second step of checkout. After adding the shipping address, customers can enter their code on the Shipping Options page. The code field is located on the right-hand side under the items in the cart.

Once the code is entered, click "Apply". If the code is a Free Shipping code, you'll see the free shipping option for the eligible items in Step 2 if the order meets minimum requirements*.

If you are looking to use a Threadless promo code (ie. a 25% off at Threadless coupon), Threadless promos are valid only on Threadless.com and will not apply to any Artist Shop purchases. However, any store credit, gift cards, or merchandise codes from Threadless can be used on Artist Shops.

*Free Shipping promotions are valid on US Orders over $45 and International Orders over $80 (some exclusions apply).
