Ordering Your Own Products
You can order all products from your Artist Shop at the Base Cost with no limit!
This is a great option if you're looking to purchase gifts for friends and family, buy products for resale at fairs and conventions, or just want to scoop up some of your own merch.
As an extra bonus for Shop Owners, all sample orders with a minimum of $50 US and $100 International (excluding Shoes, Skateboards, Rugs, and some Wall Art) will be valid for discounted shipping. Domestic orders will have a first free shipment and any additional shipments or any International orders will have a discounted flat rate.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to your Artist Shop and make sure you're logged in.
- Add any of your products to your cart.
- The Base Cost will be automatically applied to all products in your order

If your order is over the minimum, you'll see the first free domestic shipment option during the Shipping Option at checkout!
Note: The discounted shipping option is only valid on orders placed from your Artist Shop and will not apply to Marketplace orders.
All Shop owners can also take advantage of our bulk discount program! This discount applies to the base cost of the products. A minimum order of 12 units is required, and items can be mixed and matched. See the breakdown below.
- 10% off 10+ items
- 20% off 20+ items (excludes Skateboards)
- 25% off 30+ items (excludes Skateboards, Large Wall Art, Home Goods)
To receive the discount, log into your owner account and checkout normally. Once your order is complete, email us your order number, and we’ll apply the bulk discount and refund your original payment.
Orders of 100 or more units may qualify for an even larger discount. Please contact us at shop.support@threadless.com for a custom bulk quote.
