Why do some orders not have Artist Earnings?

If you're scrolling on your Orders page and see a customer order that has the earnings set to zero, don't worry. You didn't forget to set prices or have some random friends and family code. 

A completed order without any earnings may be an exchange for a previous order or a replacement for a lost shipment. Since the earnings are calculated on the original order, we provide replacements and exchanges at no cost to you or your customers. Because earnings have already been paid to you from the first purchase, there won't be any additional earnings on exchanges or replacement orders.
