Finding Your Customer Order Information

Your customer's info is just a click away! Located on the  Artist Shop Orders tab under the Sales & Marketing heading of your Artist Dashboard you can find all about who ordered from your Artist Shop. This information will include previous customers' email addresses that can be used for newsletters. 

From this page, you'll be able to see the entire history of orders placed in your Shop, including customer name and email, retail total, artist earnings, sale date, and current order status. It's also available to download as a CSV file for your records.  

In addition, clicking the order number will give more detailed order info, like product names, styles, and delivery addresses.
